Who was Jimmy Samuel?
The annual SEACAA conference gives us all a chance to reflect and honor the life of a special change agent who died far too young – Jimmy Samuel. So, who was this person who bears the name of the annual Day of Service?
Jimmy was an active leader who served as Vice-President of SEACAA, while leading his own agency as Executive Director of GA’s Macon-Bibb EOC, Inc. Remembered by many as a "champion of the poor" - he lived an exceptional life of service, generosity and compassion. What better way to honor him than to be better leaders in service, in generosity and compassion ourselves?
“Let’s Pitch in for Jimmy” and use this real opportunity to become influencers in the best possible way for families in MS doubly devastated by flooding and COVID 19. Every dollar counts in the race against time! Thank you!
