KCEOC Community Action Partnership, Inc. recognized as Best Large Nonprofit by The Nonprofit Times
The NonProfit Times, the leading national business publication for nonprofit managers, has recognized KCEOC Community Action Partnership, Inc. as one of its 2022 Best Nonprofits to Work. KCEOC was awarded for its committed excellence in creating a quality workplace. The organization utilized multiple communication methods to fuel transparency during the pandemic
A two-part survey was used to evaluate KCEOCs workplace dynamic, and employee experience The Nonprofit Times’ Employee Benchmark Report (EBR) is comprised of 77 statements in eight categories that employees used to rate their experience. An evaluation of the organization's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics comprises another component of the organization’s score.
